With leadership comes a healthy bond. I aim to keep dogs in loving home by teaching the handler leadership skills to build a firm foundation of trust and respect.
I offer free training to 501c3 rescues that need help on site, gas donations accepted.
I offer free training to those who foster for shelters and rescues, gas donations accepted.
If a 501c3 nonprofit rescue is paying for a session for an adopter it is $50.
If you adopted from a rescue or shelter, provide proof and pay $75.
If you can't afford my prices, I offer sessions in my front yard for donations.
If you have an unaltered dog that is of age to be altered, that will be one of my first suggestions. Please research pros and cons of altering your pet and make an informed decision based on your dog's needs. I do not support breeding personal pets. If you decide to alter your pet during our training, I will give discounts.
I am not certified, but you can look up my reviews on google or contact any of the following rescues for validation of my abilities.
**Also, if you donate to a rescue below, mention my name and I will match your donation in "paid training expenses."**
If you are a 501c3 nonprofit rescue and want to be included on this list, please contact me.

I began my training career taming young horses and colts in Sanger about 10 years ago. While living there, I found a dog. I named her Cow and she became my new best friend. When I moved to the city a couple of years later, I started to see new behavior that was completely unmanageable and very scary.
I had no idea how to handle her, so I started searching for help. Eventually, I met Michelle Upchurch, a trainer who works with all kinds of dogs, but will take on extremely tough cases. She is also the founder of Sacred Paws Dog Rescue in Van Alstyne. She started allowing me to assist her on training sessions. Once I was able to take on my own clients, she introduced me to a man named Dan Glaser who owns Dogsmindtraining.com. I have been a consultant with his team for about 8 years now. In 2020 started branching out on my own, focusing on dogs in the rescue network.
A huge issue with rescue dogs is the "revolving door dog" or, one that gets adopted and returned multiple times, leading to more ingrained negative behavior, causing the dog to be less and less adoptable. My goal is to keep dogs in loving homes.
